Across our three locations, Revive’s team of nurses and physician assistants provide a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including botox, filler and skin lasers.

We are looking for a strong leader who is personable and excited to expand the Revive Med Spa team! A Revive Med Spa Store Manager directs the day-to-day operations of the store. They will ensure customer needs are met by creating a positive environment for staff and clients. Develop strategies to help keep the business profitable as well as making sure all employees' and contractors' needs are met.


  • Must have 3 years management experience in retail/customer service
  • Skilled in use of Excel and Word.
  • Minimum High School or GED

  • Assist Leads in Supervision of Clinical Staff: Provides support to the medical spa staff: nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, aestheticians and technicians. Conducts and assists with ongoing employee evaluation of clinical staff on a regular basis. Facilitates a team environment with other providers, management, and retail staff. Mentors newly hired providers and existing staff. Oversees front desk and works with lead in huddles to make sure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are done
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures the practice work environment is clean, efficient, and consistent with usual standards for the rendering of medical services.
  • Medical Records: Safeguards all patient information in accordance with practice policies and HIPAA standards.
  • Staff Training: Ensures new employees are appropriately trained and oriented with the assistance of product representatives.
  • Safekeeping of Practice Assets: Ensures all equipment and facilities are clean and useable, regularly and economically maintained, and constantly secured. Also provides staff training for new equipment prior to use. Supports Inventory Manager regarding accurate product inventory and equipment management.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensures all clinical policies and procedures are maintained and followed by providers. Participates in development and revision of policies and protocols annually and as necessary.
  • Clinical Role: Follows up with client administrator on all medical events. Consults and communicates with corporate management and medical director routinely regarding medical events.


  • Legal documentation establishing eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work Full Time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) which may include mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job including stocking shelves, checking out sales, standing or walking the entire shift, and frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Bilingual Preferred

  • $60,000-$70,000/ annually
