Across our three locations, Revive’s team of nurses and physician assistants provide a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including botox, filler and skin lasers.

Revive Med Spa, the premier Medical Spa in San Diego, is now hiring! Our Medical Spa has 3 locations and is the #1 provider of Botox, Juvéderm and Latisse in the nation.
We are looking to fill one position in our call center/marketing department to schedule appointments via phone, email, and text, answer any inquiries and reach out to clients with our current sales & promotions. Applicants should be motivated, friendly, energetic, efficient, and enjoy working in customer service. Excellent writing and communication required.
Weekend availability required.
Duties will include:
*Engaging with our patients and team members to build long-lasting relationships
*Communicating clearly and precisely to patients and team members.
*Delivering accurate information to customers in accordance with client's needs.
*Directing client’s issues or special requests to supervisors or managers as needed.
*Someone who can work well under pressure and great at multi-tasking.
*Strong sales skills via phone so clients are encouraged to book
*Upbeat and responds well to feedback
*Have strong problem-solving skills and organization skills
*Scheduling appointments, taking messages and directing calls on multi-line phones
*Answering incoming leads for select services
*Lead data entry and follow up
*Reporting data entry numbers daily, weekly, and monthly
*Great attention to detail
*Highly organized
*CRM software knowledge preferred
*Google sheets/Excell experience preferred
*Aesthetics knowledge a plus
*Must be available to work 1 weekend day
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $21 per hour + bonus
