Excellent opportunity for a seasoned salesperson seeking a new challenge to earn $165,000 OTE, with uncapped commissions. You must have prior success calling on Senior Sales Executives who weren’t necessarily looking to purchase what you were selling. You have excellent listening and questioning skills, take a consultative approach, excel at finding and closing new business, and are driven to exceed sales objectives. Experience with memberships, franchises, or channel sales helpful but not required. Limited travel. Remote position.

The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years experience as a:

  • BDR or SDR who has sold sales enablement solutions (software or services) to consultants
  • Account executive who has sold training or consulting engagements to middle market CEOs or CROs
  • Account executive who has successfully acquired channel partners or franchisees


To succeed in this role you must have:

  • A High EQ and elite listening skills
  • The ability to sell to salespeople
  • The ability to think strategically about how to grow OMG’s Partner network
  • A track record of successfully selling to C-level executives
  • A sales process that you have had success with


You will struggle in this role if:

  • You need a sales playbook. You’re helping us write the playbook
  • You are not committed to independently studying OMG’s products and methodology
  • You don’t have experience with strategic account planning
  • You’re a perfectionist

The OMG Partner Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new Partners in OMG’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP). This is an end-to-end sales role. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing a strategic account plan
  • Generating Partner leads through outbound prospecting
  • Running webinars and in-person Partner recruiting at industry events
  • Qualifying outbound and inbound Partner leads
  • Closing new Partner leads
  • Maintaining a full Partner pipeline through activities including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, & social selling

Helping OMG’s CEO prospect and close strategic referral partnerships (20% of time)
