Job Summary:
The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining, auditing, and troubleshooting the location of inventory within a warehouse. This role requires strong organization, attention-to-detail, and computer skills to validate that our digital inventory records match the actual physical location of inventory in the warehouse.

The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for maintaining, auditing, and troubleshooting the location of inventory within a warehouse. This role requires strong organization, attention-to-detail, and computer skills to validate that our digital inventory records match the actual physical location of inventory in the warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots discrepancies that arise between digital inventory records and physical inventory and adjusts inventory such that digital inventory records match with physical inventory.
- Proactively audits the correctness of physical inventory against the digital inventory records to ensure continual accuracy of our inventory records.
- Conducts stock adjustments and transfers to manage the flow of inventory in the warehouse.
- Inspects incoming inventory for accuracy and quality, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Labels, categorizes, and stores inventory items to optimize space and facilitate easy retrieval.
- Maintains detailed and accurate inventory records within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software called Oracle Netsuite.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
- Ability to use a computer and navigate inventory records within a digital system of record
- Understanding of or ability to quickly learn recordkeeping and warehouse location system
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
