Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Associate will work directly with Company leadership to execute on our overall digital marketing strategy. While other members of the marketing team lead content creation and email marketing, the Digital Marketing Associate will focus on driving website traffic through various methods and maintain analytics on website performance.

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Associate will work directly with Company leadership to execute on our overall digital marketing strategy. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains, updates, and enhances company website.
- Plans and executes SEO strategy to enhance website visibility.
- Plans and executes search ad, display ad, and email marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain customized pay-per-clicks algorithm to efficiently increase lead generation
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes speed and performance based on the insights
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- Studies search terms used by customers to support merchandising and product development teams.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Familiar with WordPress
- Familiar with Google Analytics
- Familiar with Google Ads
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
